Inspection Before Acceptance
Please inspect your order when it arrives, before accepting delivery. Check that the items and their condition match your order.
Order Acceptance
If you do not wish to accept the order after inspection, you may decline it at the time of delivery. Once you accept the order, exchanges and returns are not permitted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is damaged or does not match your order, please let the courier know before accepting delivery and contact us immediately through our Contact Us page or WhatsApp. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
